Important: Getting hired is NOT guaranteed. All hiring decisions rest entirely with the recruiters and their companies.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may not transfer your account to another person
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information about your skills or experience
  • Use the Platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform

6. No Hiring Guarantee

NO HIRING GUARANTEE: We do NOT guarantee that you will receive an interview or job offer. HulChul is an introduction platform — all screening, interview, and hiring decisions rest entirely with the recruiters and their companies.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Raj is an AI assistant, and matches may not always result in successful referrals, interviews, or job offers. HulChul has no control over hiring outcomes and makes no representations or warranties about employment results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HulChul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of job opportunities or any outcomes from introductions made through the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
