  • Profile Information: Name, age, location, bio, skills, experience, education, projects, resume, social media links (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), and career interests
  • Job Preferences: Target roles, target companies, job type, preferred location, year of study, willingness to relocate
  • Conversation Data: Messages exchanged with Raj, our AI assistant, via WhatsApp
  • Recruiter Information: For recruiters and hiring managers — company name, role, open positions, LinkedIn profile
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Match job seekers with recruiters who are actively hiring for relevant roles
  • Present candidate profiles to recruiters who have expressed interest in finding talent

Your profile may be shared with recruiters and hiring managers when Raj identifies a potential match. We share information only with recruiter consent, with your explicit consent, to comply with legal requirements, or with service providers (under strict confidentiality). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. WhatsApp Communication

When you communicate with Raj via WhatsApp, your messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. We do not have access to your WhatsApp contacts or other personal information outside of your interactions with Raj.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
