All payments made on HulChul are for access to our digital platform and services. As a virtual product with no physical component, all sales are final and non-refundable.
HulChul provides digital services — including AI-powered candidate matching, profile visibility, and recruiter connections — that are delivered instantly upon payment. Because the service begins immediately and there is no physical product involved, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed.
Any credits or access purchased on HulChul have no expiry date. You can use them at any time, at your own pace. There is no pressure to use your credits within a set window — they remain available in your account indefinitely.
In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a technical error resulting in an incorrect payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve any such issues promptly.
